We ask every patient to complete a survey at their last treatment, to ensure that we are aware of what we are doing well, and maybe more importantly, to understand where we can improve. Patients are asked to rate us on factors such as being welcomed warmly by our front office staff, waiting 15 minutes or less to see the doctor, and feeling that the physician listened to all concerns and answered all questions thoroughly. We are very honored to have received an overall average score of 4.83 out of 5.00 for this past quarter!
We are especially grateful that all patients responded “Yes” when asked if they would refer a family member to our practice.
When asked “What do we do well?” our patients responded with comments such as, “Professional service, knowledgeable doctors,”“Service and MY schedule was important when selecting date of my visit.”Another patient said, “Everything – so friendly, warm, caring, concerned – loved everyone!”
When asked “What can we do better,” one patient wrote, “Nothing – everything is already very efficient EVERY time I walk in the door for my appointment, and I am always called to be reminded of a scheduled appointment – I am impressed!”
