Our Fourth Quarter 2015 Patient Satisfaction Surveys are in! We’re excited to share that our patients gave us an overall score of 4.87 out of five!
Patients were asked to rate us on factors such as being welcomed warmly by our front office staff, waiting 15 minutes or less to see the doctor, and feeling that the physician listened to all concerns and answered all questions thoroughly. We received perfect scores in many categories; perhaps most telling is the fact that we received a 5.0 from all respondents on the question “Overall, I was satisfied with the care that I received and feel that the team lived up to their mission of HOPE.”
All patients responded “Yes” when asked if they would refer a family member to our practice.
When asked “What do we do well?” our patients responded with comments such as, “Everything! Everyone is friendly, kind, courteous.” Another patient said, “All aspects seemed to be covered very well. I have no complaints whatsoever.”
One patient added, “Thank you for everything you have done for me. Your staff is great. You made a hard time a little better.”
